Workspace will send you various account notifications by email. Below you can find out which notifications are sent to which email address and how to stop receiving certain notifications.

Adding to Whitelist/Safe-Senders

All Workspace account notification emails are sent from workspace-notices@vsco.co. We recommend adding this email address to your whitelist/safe-senders in your email client, to let your email know you do want to receive those notifications from us. This helps those emails have a better chance of landing in your inbox, so you don't miss anything important.

Job Related Notifications

Any notifications relating to a particular lead or job will be sent to the brand email for the brand the lead or job is on. These include things like:

  • New lead notification

  • Payment received notification

  • Contract signed notification

  • Questionnaire submitted notification

  • Quote approved notification

  • Bookable event notifications

If you want to change the email address that job related notifications are sent to, you'll find that here in Settings › Branding by editing your brand and updating the email address here:

Billing Notifications

Notifications about your Workspace subscription will be sent to all Admin users on your account and any users with Billing access level. You can see which level of access each user on your account has here in Settings › Add/Change Users.

If you no longer wish for a user to receive billing notifications you can edit their user profile and change their access level back down to Standard.

Admin Notifications

Admin users on your account will receive all billing related notifications as well as the Today's Timesavers email, which details the automated activity that took place in your account daily.

If you no longer wish for a user to receive those account admin notifications or the Today's Timesaver email, you can edit a user (in Settings › Add/Change Users) and change their access level back down to Standard.

Alternatively, if it's a particular email that you no longer wish to receive (e.g. the Today's Timesaver email) we recommend setting up a filter in your email client to grab those as they come in, to automatically archive or delete them.

User Notifications

User related notifications, such as password reset emails or Workspace invitation emails, will be sent to the user's email address - here in Settings › Add/Change Users.

If you no longer wish for a user to receive any user notifications they would need to be deleted as an active user on your Workspace account. Or if you need to change the email address that a user's notifications get sent to, they will need to change the email address on their VSCO User Profile. You can find out more on those options here:
