Job › Final Session automations can now run on an hourly execution! In the When should this automation run section choose from:

  • At the event start time - automation runs at the start time of the Final Session event

  • On the morning of - automation runs at 8am studio time on the day of the Final Session event

  • Before - choose from hours, days, weeks, months or years.

    • Hours - automation runs at the chosen hour before the Final Session event

    • Days, Weeks, Months, Years - automation runs at 8am studio time on the day/week/month/year specified, before the Final Session event

  • After - choose from hours, days, weeks, months or years.

    • Hours - automation runs at the chosen hour after the Final Session event

    • Days, Weeks, Months, Years - automation runs at 8am studio time on the day/week/month/year specified, after the Final Session event

Since jobs can have multiple sessions, observing Job › Final Session, will trigger relative to the date of that final session.

The example automation below executes 1 day after the final session on the job and sends out a thank you email, letting the client know what happens next.
