How many different plans do you offer?

We offer one plan that can be subscribed to monthly ($25/month) or yearly ($19/month). For tax returns, we offer purchases via the accountant dashboard at a competitive price of $5 per tax return. You find details of our pricing here.

Do I need to buy a subscription for every employee in my organization?

Yes, you need a subscription for each team member. The subscription can be monthly ($4/month) or yearly ($3/month)

What is the difference between an admin account and a team account?

The admin account comes with additional features that include subscription and billing management, adding and assigning team members.

What is the $5 per tax return price?

We have a two-fold pricing structure. The monthly subscription of $25 per month noted above is required to maintain your account with us. Additionally, we charge $5 per tax return that is completed via our workflow. This workflow includes sending an invitation to the client, clients signing up and completing the questionnaire, document uploads and final delivery of the completed tax return by the tax professional.

Why do you have a two-fold pricing structure?

There are no hidden prices with Taxbotic. To maintain an account with us and have all the information securely stored on our servers, we charge a monthly subscription. The $5 per tax return pricing is to cover the variable workflow cost needs depending on the activity level of our customers. We believe each accounting firm has unique needs depending on the size of its tax practice. Since our customer base expands in different sizes, we thought of devising a pay-as-you-go pricing structure. So, you only pay for the number of tax returns you complete

What happens if I don’t renew my account?

In the event that the monthly or yearly plan is not renewed or the payment method is not updated, you will lose all the functionality and access to clients in the account.

We keep the data on our servers for three months after the subscription expiry. So, if you renew within three months of the last renewal, you can retrieve your data and all client accounts become active again. However, after three months, all data is lost.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments through Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. To arrange offline payments please contact us at help@taxbotic.com.

Customer Satisfaction Policy

At Taxbotic we strive to create quality software that you enjoy using for your firm. You have several choices, and we appreciate you giving us your business. Thank You. We have created this policy that details what we will do should we fail to meet your expectations.

Monthly Subscriptions

If at any time during your first month using our service you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will do our best to address your issue, provide a workaround or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND. We want you to be happy with our service throughout your entire contract, not only the first 30 days. So, we go beyond that. If at any time during your contract we remove, break or discontinue functionality that was available at the time you signed up for your contract, we ask you to notify us immediately. If we fail to address it in a timely manner to your entire satisfaction, we will offer you a PRO-RATED REFUND for the remainder of your contract.

Auto-Renewal

For your convenience, subscriptions will auto-renew until you cancel the service. Every time before your subscription auto-renews, we will send a mail specifying the amount that will be charged to your credit card. Similarly, after each renewal, we will send you a receipt via e-mail.

If you don't want to be charged, you can cancel the auto renewal. We do not offer refunds for renewals.
