Adding a team member is one of the first things that you will do in your Taxbotic account. Here is how you can do that.
In your primary accountant account, click on the (+) icon from the top right corner. Select "Invite team" from the dropdown.
In the "Invite a team member" pop-up, enter the following details for the team member.
First Name
Last Name
Unique Email Address
Select Designation
Next, click on "Send Invite" to send an invite to the team member.
The team member will receive an email invite to join Taxbotic. Once accepted, you can start assigning them the client returns.
If the client has not accepted, the team member cannot be assigned any client returns. The team member listing will show an "Invited" stamp on the team listing as shown in the snip below.
Important - Teams are a premium feature on Taxbotic. Hence, you will need to subscribe to a team account before you can send an invite to a new team member. You can figure out your team account subscriptions in the "Invite a team member" pop-up itself.
We will show how many team account subscriptions you have and how many additional team members can be invited with the current subscription. If you do not have enough subscriptions, we will share a link to subscribe to a new team account. The snip below shows this.
