Open the email received from your accountant and copy the code shared. It should be visible in green colour font. This is a security code and you cannot signup without it.

Next, click on the sign me up button and you will be directed to a sign-up screen as shown in the snip below. Note that your name and email address will be prefilled. You cannot change these. If something is incorrect, reach out to your accountant.

Enter the security code received in the email and set up a password. Once done, click on "Sign up". That is all. You are now ready to log into your client portal.

Go to the log-in page and enter your credentials to log in. Once logged in, you will see pending returns on the dashboard. Click on "Get Started" to start prepping information for your accountant.
