Steps to cancel Taxbotic Subscription

  1. Log into your main accountant account and click on the billing icon from the left panel.

  2. On the billing page, select the subscription tab from the top.

Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button at the bottom of the screen. Next, confirm the cancellation and click on "Cancel Now".

This will cancel your subscription. You will have access to the Taxbotic account until the next billing cycle. Your account won't be auto-renewed unless you re-subscribe.

Steps to delete a team subscription

  1. Log into your main accountant account and click on the team icon from the left panel.

  2. On the team listing page, choose the "edit" option from the dropdown by clicking on the three dots (...) at the end of the team listing you are looking to delete.

  3. In the "Edit team member" pop-up, click on the "Delete Team Member" button. On the next screen, confirm the deletion. Your team member will be deleted and they won't be able to log into their account.

    The subscription for a team account remains active until the end of the billing cycle. From the next billing cycle, you won't be charged for it. If you delete a team member and add another team member before the billing cycle ends, the billing cycle will auto-renew.
