In this document, you will find information on the list of current feature requests and known bugs. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.

Feature Requests:

  • Accountants to complete personal information for clients on the accountant side - This feature will give the ability to accountants to update known client information on the accountant side before sending client invites. Your clients won't have to fill out the information that you already have for them.

    There are additional features in the pipeline that will be shared soon.

Known Bugs:

  • Bulk Client Returns Upload Instructions link - The link to open instructions for bulk upload of client returns is not directed to the correct page. The issue will be resolved in the next 2-3 days. ----- RESOLVED

  • Family return invites email to a client - In some cases, the invite email is not getting sent. Note that this is only for family returns. The primary client email invites are working fine. We are aware of this issue. it should be resolved soon. ----- RESOLVED

  • Add New Team button on the subscription page - The button is not opening the correct window. We are aware of this issue. it should be resolved soon. ----- RESOLVED

  • Accountant Message Notification to client - Currently, the email is not triggering to the client. This will be resolved very soon.

  • Prefilling of essentials section on the client side for year 2 onwards - The essential section of the client portfolio is not prefilled automatically for the second-year returns. We are aware of this issue and will be resolved soon. ----- RESOLVED

  • Rental Income Document Boxes - When you choose any property type other than Apartment on the rental income questionnaire, the document upload boxes don't appear in the document section for those property types. There is still an optional box that can be used while this is fixed. We are aware of the issue and it will be resolved soon. ----- RESOLVED

  • No workflow option for no income - If a client has no income, currently they cannot move forward with Taxbotic workflow post the discovery section. We are fixing this issue.

Please note that the above list is not exhaustive and may be updated periodically. Our development team is constantly working to improve our product and address any issues that may arise.
