Pros engaged within the Taxfyle network are independent third parties who have successfully passed Taxfyle's background check (explained here) prior to gaining access to customer opportunities. Pros have the freedom to accept or decline work referred by Taxfyle, giving them full control over their schedule and ensuring they can deliver the best results for you. Based on your answers to the Taxfyle questionnaire, you'll be matched with a Pro with the right experience to deliver your requested service.

Once you are paired with a Tax Pro through our platform, you will provide them with all the necessary information about your financial activities during the tax year in order for them to complete your filing(s). Our user-friendly chat and document upload features make it simple and convenient for you to share these relevant details. After they complete the engagement, we value your feedback and encourage you to rate your Pro's performance on a scale of one to five, with five indicating exceptional service. This helps us continuously maintain and enhance the quality of our workforce.

To ensure transparency and accuracy, we require all clients and Pros to maintain communication within the Taxfyle platform (email communication is prohibited). This allows us to maintain an accurate transcript of each engagement, benefiting both you and your Tax Pro in case you need to refer back to any details in the future.
