After a Pro has successfully completed your job, Taxfyle recognizes the importance of maintaining a seamless experience for our valued users who appreciated the work their Tax Pro did for them. Although Pros engaged within the Taxfyle network are not obligated to remain available for future work requests, the option is available for clients to choose the same Tax Pro year-over-year.
To facilitate continuity and convenience, we have developed a streamlined way to connect you with your prior Pro when submitting your next Taxfyle job. Before reaching the checkout page, you'll be asked whether you want to work with the First Available Tax Pro in our network or the Pro who worked with you in your previous job.
Pro Tip: Your prior Pro will only be available to pre-select if they've logged onto the Taxfyle platform within the previous 2 weeks.
When selecting your prior Pro, your job will automatically route to their queue after you finish checking out keeping onboarding quick and simple!
