Taylora now allows you to use your own custom domain to access your learning platform via CNAME. This guide walks you through the setup process.

Step 1: Enter your custom domain in Workspace Settings

  1. Click on your profile icon and select Settings.

  2. In the Workspace Info section, locate the field labeled Custom domain (CNAME).

  3. Enter the domain you'd like to use (e.g., training.yourcompany.com) and click Add.

💡 Tip: Make sure your domain is not already in use elsewhere.

Step 2: Configure DNS settings with your provider

Once you enter your domain, Taylora will display the exact DNS record you need to create. It typically looks like:

  • Type: CNAME

  • First name: training.yourcompany.com

  • Value/Points to: cname.taylora.com

Log in to your DNS provider (e.g., GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap) and add the CNAME record as shown.

⚠️ Note: DNS changes may take up to 24–48 hours to propagate.

Step 3: Verify the connection & Access to your domain

After propagation has ended return to the Settings page in Taylora.

  1. Scroll to the Custom domain (CNAME) section.

  2. Click the Check button to verify that the connection has been established.

  3. If everything is ok Taylora will show a clickable link to your custom domain.

  4. Click on the link and log in again. From now on, you and your team can access Taylora directly via your own branded domain.

✅ Done! You’ve successfully connected your custom domain to Taylora.
