To complete your interview or assessment you're going to need a computer, tablet or mobile phone connected to the internet. We recommend using a wired or private WiFi connection if possible. Public WiFi, 3G and 4G connections can be a bit less stable, which can cause problems.

If you've got an iPad or iPhone, and you're doing a video interview, please follow this link for some extra information about getting set up before you begin.

If you're on an Android mobile or tablet, you can complete your interview using the Chrome browser. If you don't have Chrome installed, go to the Playstore and download it for free.

If your interview includes video questions you'll need a webcam (internal or external) and a microphone or headset. For the computer and laptop version you will also need Adobe Flash Player (11.0 or above) - Click here to download or update
