There are two places where you can change a Candidate's status.
In the application view
In the candidate's application view you will see their current status displayed in the application overview panel.
Click on Change below the status and a drop-down list of available statuses will be displayed. Click on the appropriate status and a confirmation window will appear, click 'OK'
From the application table
In the table of applications, click the checkbox for the candidate or candidates who's status you want to change.
A 'Change Status' button will appear at the top of the table. Click this and a drop-down list of available statuses will be displayed. Click on the appropriate status and a confirmation window will appear, click 'OK'
Important Note: If the selected status has an email associated with it, this will be sent instantly and cannot be recalled. Therefore, caution should be used when rejecting candidates.
