I don't know my login or password

Learn how to find your login and password information for current TBS clients.

Having trouble logging into your account? Check out these helpful tips below. 

TBS: GET PAID MOBILE APP

Are you a current TBS client?
Our current clients already have a login to use the TBS: Get Paid app or the TBS: Get Paid Web Portal! Simply use your Client Number as the login followed by your MC Number as the password. No MC Number? Try your DOT Number as the password.

If you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking on FORGOT PASSWORD on the login page.

Once the password has been reset, TBS no longer has access to your password.

Not a client, but interested in factoring with TBS Factoring Services, LLC? 

If you're not a TBS client  don't worry. We'd love to get in touch with you and get you paid! Simply tell us a little about yourself by clicking the "Not a client of TBS? Sign up today." button when you launch the TBS: Get Paid app.


TBS: GET PAID WEB PORTAL

If you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking on FORGOT PASSWORD on the login page.

You can also change your password on the web portal, by clicking on the icon at the top right of every page and clicking on SETTINGS.  

Once the password is changed, TBS will not have access to your password.
