Learn how to request a refund from your school owner and what to expect next.

If you purchased a product from a Teachable school and want a refund, you’ll need to reach out to the school owner directly. Each school sets its own refund policy, and the owner is the person best positioned to help.

How to request a refund

  1. Log in to the school where you made the purchase

  2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner

  3. Select Contact

  4. Fill in the contact form with your message

  5. Click Send

Your message will be emailed to the school owner. We recommend allowing 2–3 business days for a response.

Frequently asked questions

What is the refund policy?

Most Teachable purchases are eligible for a 14-day refund from the date of purchase.
However, some schools may have their own policy. For details, check the school’s sales page or contact the owner directly.

What if I don’t hear back from the school?

If the school owner hasn’t replied after 3 full business days, contact support with a screenshot of the email to the school owner.

What if the school owner refuses to issue a refund?

If you believe you are eligible for a refund but can’t reach a resolution with the school owner, we can look into the issue with you.

What if it’s been more than 14 days?

After 14 days, refunds are granted at the discretion of the school owner and depend on their refund policy.
