How Do I Cancel My TeachKloud for Parents App Subscription?

To cancel your TeachKloud Subscription, please follow the instructions below carefully. Please note, all sales are final and non-refundable. You will need to cancel any unwanted renewals before your renewal date.

Log into the TeachKloud for Parents App and select a child profile

Select the last button in the bottom right hand corner of your screen (a letter or profile image)

Scroll down and select Children Profile Subscription

  • Click the three grey dots next to the child’s name whose subscription you want to cancel

  • Select "Cancel" from the menu

  • Repeat this process for each child profile you wish to cancel

  • Tip: If you don’t see a cancel option after selecting the three grey dots, check the “Payment Responsibility” listed under your child’s name. If it says “Childcare Service,” this means the subscription is being paid by the childcare provider—not by you as the parent—so you won’t have the ability to cancel it, as the childcare service is paying for the TeachKloud subscription, rather than you, as the parent
