There is an issue when using Samsung's keyboard with the Grammarly integration enabled that will cause the TeachKloud and other application to intermittently crash. When typing a text that is longer than a few lines, the app often hangs and becomes unresponsive. Until this issue has been fixed by Samsung, we have a temporary workaround (STEP 1 AND 2) that when applied, will stop the TeachKloud application from crashing.
Step 1
If you’d like to turn off Grammarly for Android, please follow these steps:
Open Settings on your Android device.
Go to Language and Input > Keyboards > Manage Keyboards
Then, switch off Grammarly.
Step 2
Using your Samsung Device, select > Settings > General Management > Samsung Keyboard Management > Third Party Management to use > deselect the button next to Grammarly
IMPORTANT: If you continue to experience any technical issues with the Grammarly Keyboard for Android OR cannot find the disable options described above on your device, please click here to contact Grammarly Support
