If you have enabled parents to pay you via the TeachKloud for Parents app and want to see individual payments, you can generate a payout or transaction report:
Click here (Billing Parents > Transactions and Reports > View Transaction Report)
Select Request Report (top right-hand corner)
Select transaction report and the relevant dates.
The report is usually available within 60 seconds but can take longer. Just refresh your screen to see the latest update after a few minutes.
All reports are downloaded as CSV documents, you will need to have excel or CSV to view the report.
Understanding the Transaction Report
A transaction report provides detailed information about the funds that have been deposited into your bank account. It includes crucial details such as the name of the parent or caregiver who made the payment, the payment date, the amount paid, and any associated fees. All amounts paid into your bank account are net amounts (less Stripe fees).
While each parent or family makes their payments separately, Stripe consolidates these payments and deposits the total amount into your account, to avoid having hundreds of payments going into your account and an increase of fees.
If you wish to understand which individual payments contributed to a specific bank/payout deposit, download the transaction report and look at the specific date that the payment you received into your bank account relates to. For example, if you received 1,000 on the 26th of April into your bank account, look at all the net payment you received in the transaction report on the 26th of April and these will all come to 1,000.
