Resetting a Password for a Customer or Employee

If you have a customer or employee that has forgotten their password, they can reset their password by visiting your company's subdomain and then clicking on the "Reset your Password" link.

NOTE: The Teachworks Welcome Email is a simple greeting message and does not include functionality for confirming an account or resetting passwords. Users must use the "Reset your Password" link on the company’s Teachworks login page to set or change their password.

This will prompt them to enter their email address and then a password reset email will be sent to that email address. The email will contain a link that they can click on to set a new password. If you do not see the password reset email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. This step ensures that you do not miss the email due to filtering.

NOTE: The reset link is only valid for 6 hours after it's been requested. If login issues persist after resetting the password, ensure the correct email address is being used and contact your company’s Teachworks administrator for further assistance.
