Updating your Account Password

If you are the company administrator or an administrative staff user and need to update your password, you can do so by following the steps below:

  1. Click on "Account & Settings" and then click on "Update Password".

  2. Enter your current password in the "Current Password" field.

  3. Enter the new password you would like to use in the "Password" and "Password confirmation" fields.

  4. Click on "Submit" to complete the change.

NOTE: Passwords must have a minimum of 12 characters and are case sensitive.

If you are a Teacher, you can update your password following the steps:

  1. Click on "Account" and then click on "Update Password".

  2. Enter your current password in the "Current Password" field.

  3. Enter the new password you would like to use in the "Password" and "Password confirmation" fields.

  4. Click on "Submit" to complete the change.

Resetting a Password for a Customer or Employee

If you have a customer or employee that has forgotten their password, they can reset their password by visiting your company's subdomain and then clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link.

This will prompt them to enter their email address and then a password reset email will be sent to that email address. The email will contain a link that they can click on to set a new password.

NOTE: The reset link is only valid for 6 hours after it's been requested.
