Display Teacher Contact in Client Accounts

If you would like to make a teacher's contact details available in your customers' and students' accounts, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Click on "Account & Settings" and then click on "Account Settings".

  2. Scroll down to the "Customer Account Settings" section.

  3. Enable the "Teacher Contact Info" setting by checking the checkbox.

  4. Submit the form to save your changes.

Once enabled, family and student accounts will display a "Teachers" option on the navigation bar. This table will display the name, email and mobile phone number for teachers that have been assigned as a "Default Teacher" on the student's profile or that have lessons scheduled with the student.
