When creating a never ending repeating series of lessons, the lessons will be scheduled up to 13 months from the current date. The repeat series' end date will then extend automatically each month and continue until the repeat settings are changed or the series is cancelled.
NOTE: The Repeating Series will be extended using the saved "Repeat Settings" currently set. Any changes made to the days of the lessons must be made by changing the "Repeat Settings" and not by simply shifting the dates.
Editing a Never Ending Repeating Series of Lessons
There may be scenarios that will require the repeat settings of a never ending series to be changed, such as a student switching the days of their lessons. Below you can find the steps to edit the repeat settings:
Click on the "Edit" button under the "Repeat" field
Make the necessary changes to the "Repeat Settings" (i.e. changing the day that the lessons repeat on)
Click on "Submit" to save the changes made to the "Repeat Settings". The new settings will be displayed beside the "Repeat" field.
Under the "Apply To" section, select "Current & Future Lessons"
Click on "Submit" to save your changes
