When using the Lesson Request Add-on, your clients can request lessons through their own Teachworks accounts. However, a student or client is only able to request a single lesson.
If your clients want to request a repeating lesson, you can set the "Instructions" field in the Lesson Request Add-on's settings page to ask the customer to let you know the number of lessons they'd like in the notes. This way, when you are approving the lesson, you can set the lesson to be repeated for the period specified by the customer.
You can follow the steps below to set the "Instructions" field to include your instructions:
Click on "Account & Settings" and then click on "Integrations & Add-ons".
Click on "Manage" under the Lesson Request Add-on.
Under the "Instructions" field, add details for requesting more than one lesson. An example can be something like "If you are requesting more than one lesson, please let us know the dates and times you prefer under notes".
Submit the form to save your changes.
