This useful feature allows you to copy the settings from an existing lesson to quickly and easily create similar lessons.
Enabling the Copying Lessons Feature
Click on "Account & Settings" and then click on "Account Settings".
Scroll down to the "Calendar & Event Settings" section.
Set the "Copy Lessons" setting to "On".
Submit the form to save your changes.
Copying Lessons
In order to copy an existing lesson, you'll need to follow the steps below:
Click on "Calendar" and then click on "Main Calendar".
Click on a lesson that you would like to copy.
Click on "Copy" in the pop-up.
The "Add Lesson" form will open with the fields populated with the same settings as the original lesson. Adjust the date fields to the dates you want the copied lesson to occur on.
If the lesson is part of a repeating series, checking the "Repeat" box will open the Repeat Settings window with the same repeat settings. Adjust the end date as needed.
Submit the form to save your changes.
NOTE: The "Copy" option is not displayed for locked or requested lessons.
