When scheduling lessons in Teachworks, you can click on the "Check Conflicts" button on the "Add Lesson" form to see if there are any conflicts with the lessons that you're scheduling.
The Conflicts that are checked include the following:
Teacher Conflicts - Conflicts are displayed for the teacher's lessons, other events, unavailability, and hours outside of the availability set on their profile.
Location Conflicts - Location conflicts are shown for locations with the "Show Conflicts" setting enabled. Conflicts will be displayed if there are other lessons (excluding missed or cancelled) or other non-teaching events that use the same location.
Student Conflicts - Student conflicts are displayed if you enable the Student Conflict Checker Add-on. This Add-on can be found in the "Integrations & Add-ons" table and extends the regular conflict checker (teacher and location conflicts) to include the addition of student conflicts.
Vehicle Conflicts - Vehicle conflicts are displayed if you have enabled the Vehicle Manager Add-on. Conflicts will be displayed for lessons that are using the same vehicle.
