For students that have lessons following a regular schedule, you can schedule multiple sessions at once by checking the "Repeat" box on the "Add Lesson" form.
This will open the "Repeat Settings" form, allowing you to adjust the settings to create the student's schedule accordingly. Lessons can repeat either "Daily", "Weekly" or "Monthly".

Updating an Entire Repeating Series
If you'd like to make a change to the entire series (for example, changing the Start and End Time of the lessons in the series, or assigning a new location/teacher), you can follow the steps below:
On the Calendar, click on the first lesson in the series and click on "Edit" in the pop-up.
Make the necessary changes to the lesson.
In the "Apply To" section at the bottom of the "Edit Lesson" form, click on the "Current & Future Lessons" option.
This will ensure that the changes that you make are applied to all of the lessons in the repeating series.
Extending a Series
If you would like to extend the end date of the repeating series of lessons, you can use one of the methods below:
Copy the last lesson in the series using our Copy Feature and select the repeat settings (this will create a new repeating series of lessons).
Edit the last lesson in the series and extend the end date as needed. It's important to update this setting on the very last lesson in the series. If you don't, future lessons in the series will be replaced with new lessons using the settings on the form you're working on.
Set the repeating series of lessons to repeat indefinitely (see below).
Repeat Indefinitely
If you would like your repeating series of lessons to repeat indefinitely, you can select the "Never" option for the "Repeat ends" setting. With this setting selected, the end date of the repeating series will extend automatically each month.
When to Segregate Lessons
If you want to make changes to a single lesson in a repeating series, it's best to choose the "Segregate this lesson to prevent future changes to the series from being applied to this lesson." option under the "Apply To" section of the "Edit Lesson" form.
This will prevent future updates to the series from affecting the changes that you made to the individual lesson.
You can find more information about segregating lessons in this detailed article: Segregating Lessons.
