If you've recorded a payment for an invoice and you need to make a change, you can edit the payment's date, method, and description after it's been saved by following the steps below:
Click on "Billing" and then click on "Payments".
Find the payment and click on the "View" icon (looks like a magnifying glass).
Click on the "Options" menu and then click on "Edit".
Make the required changes and submit the form to save your changes.
