Deleting a Payment

If you've recorded a payment incorrectly and you want to delete it, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Click on "Billing" and then click on "Payments".

  2. Click on the "View" icon next to the payment you'd like to delete.

  3. Click on the "Options" menu on the top-right of the payment

  4. Click the "Delete" option.

You can also use one of the following methods to view a payment you wish to delete without using the "Payments" table:

  • If the payment has been allocated to an invoice, you can view the invoice and then click the "Payment" link in the "Totals" section of the invoice.

  • You can view a client's transactions by clicking the "View" icon in the "Customer Balances" table. Once you've found the payment, click on the "View" icon.
