If you've recorded a payment incorrectly and you want to delete it, you can follow the steps below:
- Click on "Billing" and then click on "Payments". 
- Click on the "View" icon next to the payment you'd like to delete. 
- Click on the "Options" menu on the top-right of the payment 
- Click the "Delete" option. 
You can also use one of the following methods to view a payment you wish to delete without using the "Payments" table:
- If the payment has been allocated to an invoice, you can view the invoice and then click the "Payment" link in the "Totals" section of the invoice. 
- You can view a client's transactions by clicking the "View" icon in the "Customer Balances" table. Once you've found the payment, click on the "View" icon.
