When adding lessons to an invoice by using the "Lessons by Date" option on the "Create Invoice" form, the "Description" field for lessons is populated with details about the lesson including the date, time and status.
You can manually change the details that appear in the "Description" field when creating an invoice or you can set a default description by following the steps below:
Click on "Account & Settings" and then click on "Account Settings".
Scroll down to the "Invoice Settings" section.
In the "Invoice Lesson Description" field, enter the description you'd like to use for the lessons using the "Merge Tags" display next to the field.
Submit the form to save your changes.
