If you would like to calculate the value of any used package lessons, you can follow the steps below to achieve this:
Click on Billing and then click on "Package Balances".
Click on the "Download Balances" link on the right-hand side.
Add an additional column to the Excel file.
Use the following equation for the created column: (Used column / Purchased column) * Total Cost column
Example
If you have a package that cost a total of $1000 that included 20 lessons and 10 of those lessons are used, the equation would look like this:
(10 / 20) * 1000 = 500
The value of the used package lessons would be $500.
