Scheduling Work Types
You can schedule "Other Events" and then select a work type to add a wage, allowing you to track the employee's non-teaching earnings. You can follow the steps below to achieve this:
Click on "Calendar" and then click on "Add Other Events".
In the "Event is for" field, select "Selected Employees".
Select the employee(s) in the "Employee" field.
Select the work type in the "Work Type" field.
Fill out the remaining fields and submit the form to create the non-teaching event.
NOTE: If an employee earns a wage using one wage method for most of their tasks outside of lessons but occasionally earns a different rate, you can use the "Override Default Wage Method" feature. You can find more information here: Non-Teaching Event Wage Override.
