New Invoice Email

You can notify your clients that they have a new invoice when it has been created for them. The email will include a link to the invoice, which will allow them to pay online if you are using our Stripe Integration or generate a PDF of the invoice to save for their records.

Sending a New Invoice Notification

You can send a "New Invoice" notification to your clients by checking the "Send Invoice Email" checkbox when you are creating invoices or you can use the checkboxes on the left-hand side of the invoices table.

NOTE: The notification will only be sent when the invoice is "Approved".
