If you need to resend a welcome email or account confirmation, follow the instructions below:
Resending Welcome Emails
Student/Family
- Click on "Students" and then click on "Students" or "Families". 
- Click on the "Edit" button next to the student who you would like to resend the Welcome Email to. 
- Scroll down to the "Welcome Notifications" section. 
- Check the "Send Welcome Email" checkbox. 
- Submit the form to resend the Welcome Email. 
Employee
- Click on "Employees" and then click on "Employee List". 
- Click on the "Edit" button next to the employee who you would like to resend the Welcome Email to. 
- Scroll down to the "Welcome Notifications" section. 
- Check the "Send Welcome Email" checkbox. 
- Submit the form to resend the Welcome Email. 
Resending Account Confirmation Emails
Student/Family
- Click on "Students" and then click on "Students" or "Families". 
- Click on the "Edit" button next to the student who you would like to resend the Confirmation Email to. 
- Scroll down to the "User Account" section. 
- Check the "Resend User Confirmation Email" checkbox. 
- Submit the form to resend the Confirmation Email. 
Employee
- Click on "Employees" and then click on "Employee List". 
- Click on the "Edit" button next to the employee who you would like to resend the Confirmation Email to. 
- Scroll down to the "User Account" section. 
- Check the "Resend User Confirmation Email" checkbox. 
- Submit the form to resend the Confirmation Email. 
NOTE: Confirmation links will expire after 5 days from the original sent date. The date and time stamp on the "Confirmation Sent" field will only be updated to a new date and time after the 5 day period.
