Resending Welcome Emails & Account Confirmations

If you need to resend a welcome email or account confirmation, follow the instructions below:

Resending Welcome Emails

Student/Family

  1. Click on "Students" and then click on "Students" or "Families".

  2. Click on the "Edit" button next to the student who you would like to resend the Welcome Email to.

  3. Scroll down to the "Welcome Notifications" section.

  4. Check the "Send Welcome Email" checkbox.

  5. Submit the form to resend the Welcome Email.

Employee

  1. Click on "Employees" and then click on "Employee List".

  2. Click on the "Edit" button next to the employee who you would like to resend the Welcome Email to.

  3. Scroll down to the "Welcome Notifications" section.

  4. Check the "Send Welcome Email" checkbox.

  5. Submit the form to resend the Welcome Email.

Resending Account Confirmation Emails

Student/Family

  1. Click on "Students" and then click on "Students" or "Families".

  2. Click on the "Edit" button next to the student who you would like to resend the Confirmation Email to.

  3. Scroll down to the "User Account" section.

  4. Check the "Resend User Confirmation Email" checkbox.

  5. Submit the form to resend the Confirmation Email.

Employee

  1. Click on "Employees" and then click on "Employee List".

  2. Click on the "Edit" button next to the employee who you would like to resend the Confirmation Email to.

  3. Scroll down to the "User Account" section.

  4. Check the "Resend User Confirmation Email" checkbox.

  5. Submit the form to resend the Confirmation Email.

NOTE: Confirmation links will expire after 5 days from the original sent date. The date and time stamp on the "Confirmation Sent" field will only be updated to a new date and time after the 5 day period.
