Teachworks offers over 70 integrations and add-ons at no extra charge for all pricing plans.
A few Pro add-ons are available for an additional fee because they involve higher operating costs, more development effort, or are niche. This approach keeps base subscription fees low while making the most popular features free.
Enabling Pro Add-ons
Click on "Account & Settings" and then click "Integrations & Add-ons.
Scroll to the "Pro Add-on" section.
For each Pro Add-on you will see a name, description and monthly price. All Pro Add-ons include a free 3-week trial.
Click the "Enable" link to enable the add-on.
After enabling you will see the end date for your trial period.
Disabling Pro Add-ons
Click on "Account & Settings" and then click "Integrations & Add-ons.
Scroll to the "Pro Add-on" section.
Click the "Disable" link to disable the add-on.
Available Pro Add-ons
Below you can find a list of the Pro Add-ons that are currently available in Teachworks:
Activity Logs Add-on - Allows you to track the actions taken by you and your employees and makes it easy to investigate any issues that may arise, such as when a lesson was updated and who updated it.
Third Party Billing Add-on - Allows you to create dedicated profiles for agencies, organization, or sponsors who can make payments on behalf of families or independent students.
How Pro Add-ons are Billed
When you enable a Pro Add-on a 3-week trial is created. After the trial has finished, your monthly invoice will include the fee for the add-on.
If your trial ends part way through the month, you will only be charged for the amount of time in the month after the trial end. After the first month with the trial, all later month include the full monthly price for the Pro Add-on.
