Syncing to Quickbooks

After you've connected to QuickBooks and saved your QuickBooks settings, you're ready to sync your records to QuickBooks.

Syncing Instructions

You can follow the steps below to sync to QuickBooks:

  1. Click on "Account & Settings" and then click on "Integrations & Add-ons".

  2. Click on "Sync" under the QuickBooks Integration.

  3. In the upper-right corner of the "QuickBooks Sync" table, you can see the last time you synced to QuickBooks.

  4. This table also displays each record or transaction group and how many individual records need to be synced to QuickBooks. You can click on the "View" button next to any of the rows to view the individual records that need to be synced.

  5. Click the "Sync" button to begin the sync process.

  6. Your records will be queued for syncing and will be processed in the background. You can come back later to view the results.

  7. Once the sync has been completed, you can view the results by clicking the "Synced Records Log" option on the right-hand side.
