This simple add-on automatically sends a reminder to teachers to complete their lessons (if they have any uncompleted lessons) in a specific period of time.
Enabling the Add-on
Click on "Account & Settings" and then click on "Integrations & Add-ons".
Use the "Search" field on the right and enter "Uncompleted Lesson Reminder".
Click on the "Enable" link.
Settings
On the Uncompleted Lesson Reminders "Settings" page, you can use the following settings:
Frequency - This setting allows you to select how frequently you want to send uncompleted lesson reminders. You can select between "Daily" and "Weekly".
Review Period - This setting finds uncompleted lessons in the previous number of days you've set here. You can choose a “Review Period” ranging from 1 to 5 weeks for a weekly reminder or ranging from 1 to 7 days for daily reminders.
Customizing the Email Template
This feature comes with a fully customizable email template. You can find the instructions for customizing the template in this article: Customizing Notification Templates.
The {EVENTS} merge tag will add the title, date and time of each event to the email to make it easy for teachers to find and complete the relevant lessons.
