The Vehicle Manager Add-On is for driving schools that need to manage vehicles and assign vehicles to lessons for behind-the-wheel lessons.
Enabling the Add-on
Click on "Account & Settings" and then click on "Integrations & Add-ons".
Use the "Search" field on the right and enter "Vehicle Manage".
Click on the "Enable" link.
Once you have enabled the add-on, you'll find the following features will now be available in your account:
Vehicles - A "Vehicles" option can be found under the "Account & Settings" option. You can click on this link to add, view, edit or delete your existing vehicles.
Lesson Form - The "Add Lesson" and "Edit Lesson" forms will now include a "Vehicle" field. You can use this field to select a vehicle to assign to a lesson.
Vehicle Conflicts - The "Conflict Checker" will now display any lesson conflicts for the vehicle that you select when scheduling lessons.
Vehicle Calendar - A "Vehicle Calendar" will be available under the "Calendar" tab. This calendar displays the schedules for all of your vehicles in a single calendar view.
Vehicle Filter - The Main Calendar will now have a "Vehicle Filter" in the Filter list on the right-hand side. This will allow you to filter the calendar to display lessons for a selected vehicle.
Lesson Pop-ups - The pop-up that appears when you click on a lesson will display the vehicle name if a vehicle has been selected for the lesson.
