Adding an Independent Student

Independent students are any students that are responsible for paying for their own teaching. If you generate invoices and send them to the student and the student pays the invoices, then they should be added as an Individual Student.

You can create an independent student by following the steps below:

  1. Click on "Students" and then click on "Add Independent Student".

  2. Complete the form with the necessary details.

  3. If you would like to enable a user account for the student, check the "Enable User Account" checkbox.

  4. Submit the form to save your changes and create the independent student profile.

NOTE: You can add multiple email addresses to the "Additional Email" field by separating each email address with a comma ",".

Importing Students

You can also import multiple families and students at once using the bulk import feature Importing Students.
