Employee Profile Photos

Enabling Photos

If you would like to allow your employees to upload a personal photograph for their profiles, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Click on "Account & Settings" and then click on "Account Settings".

  2. Scroll down to the "Employee Account Settings" section.

  3. Set the "Profile Photos" setting to "On".

  4. Submit the form to save your changes.

After the "Profile Photos" setting has been enabled, the employee profile "Edit" form will display a field for uploading a photo.

Uploading Photos

You can upload a profile photo for your employees by following the steps below:

  1. Click on "Employees" and then click on "Employee List".

  2. Click on the "Edit" button next to the employee's profile you'd like to add a photo too.

  3. Click on the "Browse" button and select the photo to upload from your computer.

  4. Submit the form to save your changes.

Once the form has been submitted, you will be directed to a page for cropping the uploaded image. Drag & resize the crop frame to select the portion of the uploaded photo to use in the profile photo. When you are finished, click the "Crop" button to crop the photo and save it as the profile photo.

Once uploaded, a thumbnail of the profile photo will be displayed on the "Edit" form. The profile photo will also be displayed on the employee's profile and in the employees table.

Removing Photos

If you would like to remove a profile photo from your employees' profiles, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Click on "Employees" and then click on "Employee List".

  2. Click on the "Edit" button next to the employee's profile you'd like to add a photo too.

  3. Click on the "Remove" link next to the profile photo.

  4. Submit the form to save your changes.
