In teacher accounts there are two ways to navigate to a student or parent profile. The first method is available to all teachers, while the second method is available for students that have been assigned to a teacher using the "Default Teachers" field on the student's profile.
Method 1
Click on "Calendar" and then click on a lesson.
Click the "View" option in the pop-up menu.
Click on the student's name, which will bring you to the student's profile.
You can also view the family's profile by clicking the Family name on the student profile.
Method 2
Click on the "Students" option in the navigation menu.
Click the "View" icon in a student's row. This will bring you to the student's profile.
You can also view the family's profile by clicking the Family name on the student profile.
