The Service Import is a limited access feature. If you would like this feature enabled on your account, please send an email to support@teachworks.com.
Click on "Account & Settings" and then click on "Service List".
Click on "Import Services" on the right-hand side.
Download the Service Template and open it in a spreadsheet program such as Excel.
The first row contains headings to identify each column. Do not modify this row otherwise the upload will not work.
The second row contains a record that displays an example, which you can remove before uploading.
The Columns available in the file are as follows:
Service Name - Set the name of the service
βNOTE: A service name that matches an existing service will update the existing service with the imported data.
Description - This column can be used to add a description about the service, but is not required.
Cost Per Hour - Set the hourly cost a customer will be charged when using this service.
Wage Per Hour - Set the hourly wage an employee will earn when using this service.
Complete a couple rows and try uploading the file to make sure that your formatting is correct.
Once you've confirmed that you are filling out the template correctly, you can add the rest of your services and upload the file.
Click on "Submit" to import the records.
