The Service Import is a limited access feature. If you would like this feature enabled on your account, please send an email to support@teachworks.com.
- Click on "Account & Settings" and then click on "Service List". 
- Click on "Import Services" on the right-hand side. 
- Download the Service Template and open it in a spreadsheet program such as Excel. 
- The first row contains headings to identify each column. Do not modify this row otherwise the upload will not work. 
- The second row contains a record that displays an example, which you can remove before uploading. 
- The Columns available in the file are as follows: - Service Name - Set the name of the service. 
- Description - This column can be used to add a description about the service, but is not required. 
- Cost Per Hour - Set the hourly cost a customer will be charged when using this service. 
- Wage Per Hour - Set the hourly wage an employee will earn when using this service. 
 
- Complete a couple rows and try uploading the file to make sure that your formatting is correct. 
- Once you've confirmed that you are filling out the template correctly, you can add the rest of your services and upload the file. 
- Click on "Submit" to import the records. 
NOTE: A service name that matches an existing service will update the existing service with the imported data.
