It's possible to make a lesson's invoice & payment status viewable in the view lesson modal. This feature is useful if your company requires payment for lessons before they can occur and teachers need to check a lesson's invoice status before the lesson starts.
Enabling the Setting
You can follow the steps below to enable this setting:
Click on "Account" and then click on "Account Settings".
Click on the "Finance & Operations" tab.
Scroll down to the "Lesson-Specific Details" section.
Select the "Visible to Administrator, Staff & Teachers" option under the "Invoice Status on Lesson Modal" setting.
Submit the form to save your changes.
Once enabled, an "Invoice" field will be added to the "View Lesson" modal for teachers & employees displayed the invoice number the lesson is attached to, as well as the invoice status:
NOTE: Package lessons will appear as uninvoiced since they aren't added to an invoice as individual lessons. You can refer to the Package Balances table under the Billing tab to view a customer's package usage.
