Teachworks offers flexible wage management to suit your business needs. Beyond setting a flat hourly rate on a teacher's profile or a fixed rate per service, you can use Wage Tiers.
Wage Tiers allow you to vary a teacher's pay for the same service type based on specific criteria, such as their years of experience, certifications, or performance.
TIP: You could create tiers based on experience levels (e.g., "Default," "1 Year," "2 Years"). You then assign a unique hourly rate to each service within these tiers, giving you full control over teacher compensation.
