The Repertoire Tracker Add-On allows music schools and instructors to monitor and manage the musical pieces their students are practicing, mastering, or performing.

What You Can Track:

  • Active Repertoire: Keep a running log of the specific songs, concertos, or exercises a student is currently learning during lessons.

  • Performance History: Maintain a historical record of pieces a student has fully mastered and performed in recitals, evaluations, or auditions.

  • The Company Administrator.

  • Administrative Staff with the "Students & Families" permission set to "View" or "Manage".

  • Assigned teachers.

Students

If you’ve set the “Student Permission” setting in the Repertoire Tracker Add-on's settings page to "Manage", students will be able to add, edit or delete their own repertoires.

NOTE: Families/parents can only view repertoires.

Adapting the Repertoire Tracker for Other Industries

The Repertoire Tracker is flexible enough to track learning milestones for non-music businesses. By updating your account's custom terminology settings, you can easily repurpose this feature to track books, certification modules, or physical projects.

Example: Language Schools

If you manage a Language School, you can rename the tracker fields to monitor the specific textbooks or curriculum levels your students are currently studying versus the ones they have already completed.

You can follow the steps below to change the terminology used:

  1. Click on "Account" and then click on "Integrations & Add-ons".

  2. Click on "Settings" under the Repertoire Tracker Add-on.

  3. Set the desired terminology in the "Custom Name" field.

  4. Submit the form to save your changes.
