If your business operates across multiple branches, creating a Master Account centralizes your administration. It simplifies the oversight of your existing branches and streamlines the process of launching new ones.
Key Benefits of a Master Account
Seamless Account Switching: Instantly jump between different branch accounts with a single click, eliminating the need to log out and back in with different credentials.
Standardized Setup Templates: Save global configuration defaults at the master level. When you open a new branch, you can instantly apply these settings to create the new location in seconds.
How to Create a Master Account
Click on "Account" and then click on "Account Settings".
Click on the "Create Master Account" link at the top of the page.
Complete the form with the settings for your Master Account.
Submit the form to create the Master Account.
Activating and Accessing Your Account
Once you submit the form, a confirmation message will be sent to the email address you designated for the Master Account.
Open the email and click the verification link to officially activate your Master Account.
Follow that link to log in for the first time.
TIP: Bookmark Your Login Portal
The Master Account login page uses a unique URL that differs from your standard location portals. Be sure to bookmark this login page in your web browser immediately so you can easily access it in the future.
Navigating and Using Your Master Account
When you log into your Master Account, you will see a complete list of all your connected branch locations. From this table, you can manage settings, create new branches, and seamlessly jump between accounts. Below are some of the actions you can take while logged into your Master Account:
Adding New Branch Accounts
You can add additional branch accounts to your Master Account by following the steps below:
Click on the "Add Branch" option in the navigation menu.
Complete the registration form and submit it.
The new branch will appear in your Account List and a confirmation email will be sent out to finalize its activation.
TIP: If all of your locations share the same corporate name, you can avoid confusion by assigning a unique identifier to the Branch Name field inside each location's individual Account Settings page.
Setting Up Default Branch Settings
To save time when creating future locations, you can pre-configure default settings that automatically apply to any new account you create.
Click on "Settings".
Click on "Default Branch Settings".
Fill out the form with your preferred global defaults (such as localized configurations or billing preferences).
Click Submit.
Switching to a Branch Account
To manage a specific location, you can instantly switch to it without needing a separate username or password.
How to Switch: Click the "Switch" button next to any location in your Account List.
Admin Access: You will immediately be granted full administrator privileges for that specific branch.
Returning to Master View: While viewing a branch account, a notification bar will remain visible below the main navigation menu to remind you that you are logged in as the master administrator. Simply click the button in this bar to go back to your Master Account.
Centralized Reporting
The Master Account gathers data across your entire organization, making high-level financial and operational auditing effortless. By clicking the options under the Reports tab, you can pull Breakdown and Time Series reports in two ways:
Individually: Audit the performance metrics of a single chosen branch.
Consolidated: Merge the data from all locations into a single, comprehensive overview of your entire business.
