Use the "Search" field at the top and enter "Import Payments".
Switch the toggle to "On" to enable the add-on.

Usage
You can follow the steps below to import payment records:
Download the payment import template by clicking on "More" and then clicking the "Import Payments" option on the Payments table.
The first row contains headings to identify each column. Do not modify this row otherwise the upload will not work.
After the template has been filled out, select the template file on the "Upload Payments" page and submit the form.
Column | Type of Data |
First Name | Enter the Client's First Name. |

Validating Uploaded Payments
After the template file has been submitted, you'll need to verify and validate each of the uploaded payments on the "Validate & Import Records" table by following the steps below:
Review the information for each payment record as shown in the image below:
Click on the "Import Payments" button to import the payment record.
Repeat this process for all of the payment records that were uploaded.
NOTE: If an invalid customer name or payment method is uploaded, these fields will be blank and you will need to select the customer and method using the down down menu for each field. Only completed rows will be added so if you are missing one of the fields, the payment will not be imported.
You can clear any unimported payments by clicking on the "Clear Unimported Payments" button the right hand side of the table.
Allocating Payments to Invoices in Bulk
You may wish to allocate the payments you've just imported to your invoices. This can be done automatically in bulk using our Automatic Allocation Add-on.
When using the Automatic Allocation Add-on to allocate imported payments, it's best to set the "Trigger Method" to "Manual", as this will allocate unallocated payments when you manually trigger the process.
This is useful if you need to allocate payments or credits to invoices that have already been approved.
