We noticed that your recurring credit card payment has failed. This means your subscription is at risk and may be canceled if the payment isn’t resolved.

How to Fix It and Avoid Losing Access

  1. Check Your Payment Details:

    • Log into your Teachy account.

    • Go to ⚙️ Settings > Subscription.

    • Make sure your credit card information is up to date.

  2. Add a New Payment Method:

    • Click on Manage Payment.

    • Enter the details of a valid new credit card.

    • Save the changes.

  3. Pay Your Outstanding Invoice:

    • Check the email linked to your Teachy account.

    • Look for the link we sent for manual payment.

    • Choose the payment method that works best for you.
