Step 1: Open the Planning tool

Step 2: Fill in the Planning details

1. Select the period you want to plan for, then set the weekdays when classes will take place:

2. Enter your class details:

Here you can select an existing class or create a new one.

3. Customize your lesson planning:

Always keep your desired outcome in mind. The more detailed the information you enter in the tool, the better the results will be. 😉

Step 3: Review, organize, and finalize your plan

At this stage, you can:

Adjust the plan dates

Change the lesson topic

Reorder lessons by clicking and dragging

Edit or add the learning objectives

Once you finish reviewing, just click the Save button.

Note: As soon as you click “Save,” the plan file will automatically download to your device in .docx format, as in the example below:

Step 4: View your calendar with the planned lessons

Step 5: Organize your lessons

By clicking a lesson name, you’ll have access to:

Lesson information

Duplicate the lesson, creating a copy dated today

Delete

Create a lesson that will appear on your calendar

Step 6: Put your plan to use

Add lessons to the plan by clicking their names (as shown in the previous step). A window will open with all fields pre-filled (you can edit them if you wish):

By clicking “Confirm,” you’ll choose whether to create an AI-personalized lesson or start from scratch:

When you create an AI-personalized lesson, Teachy automatically suggests related materials for each stage—for example, a Water Cycle book for the warm-up phase.

  • Also, on the lesson page, a calendar will already show the date when it will take place.

  • When you finish adding lessons to the calendar, just return to the calendar menu, and the lessons you added will appear with a blue square:
