Connecting a Parent Profile to your childs Player Profile enables you to oversee their schedule to ensure they are prepared and arrive on time, at the right locations with the right kit everytime. No need to scroll back through messages, you can see a live schedule whenever you need to.
Let's review how to connect and emulate your Player's Profile.
Section 1: Connecting Your Account to your Child's Account
Convert to Parent Profile
Open your Parent Profile in app and from the Home screen click your profile image in the top left.
This will open your profile.
Tap the "Become a Parent Account" button.
You will be presented with a pop up, explaining this action will allow you to link and manage child profiles...", click Continue.
Link Child Account
From the child's account, they will need to login and navigate to their profile by clicking their profile image in the top left of the Home screen.
Tap Link to Parent Profile, this will generate a code. Share this code with the Parent.
From the Parent's account, navigate to your Profile and select Manage Child Profiles
Tap Add Child Profile
Enter the code in the Add Child Profile pop up before clicking Link.
The Child Profile will now be linked with this account.
Section 2: Emulating Child Account
Now you have succesfully linked the accounts, it is possible to directly manage your childs activities, such as; reviewing and responding to schedule events, replying to Team Announcements and reviewing their chat history. In order to do this, you will need to emulate their profile.
Emulate the Child Account
Navigate to your Profile page.
Tap Manage Child Profiles.
Tap View As.
You will now be viewing the child's profile, navigate the app as usual to complete actions in the account on the child's behalf.
