You now have the ability to add a column on an object (like Users or Locations) that is a Rating. You can customize this column with specific icons and upper and lower rating limits to best reflect how or what is being rated, and easily visualize that rating.
To add this Rating column to an object, follow the steps in the short video below. The example below is how to add a Rating column on a User, but this column can be added on any object with Columns.
Here are a few things to note when using this Column type:
Half ratings are not currently supported as a selectable option.
Ratings can not be less than 0 or more than 10.
When exporting Ratings in a CSV file, the rating will be expressed as a number.
(ex. 5 stars would be shown in the CSV as 5/5)Null or lack of rating will not contribute to a Rollup average
