How to create, duplicate, repeat, and publish shifts

This article applies to the Teambridge Web App.

Creating Shifts

Navigate to your Schedule or Shifts Page.

Click the New Shift button in the top right.

Enter a Scheduled Time.
Enter a Location.
Enter a Role in the Roles field.
Consider adding a Pay Rate.

Click Save.

Publish Shifts:

Navigate to the Schedule or Shifts page.
To publish an individual shift, select the shift from the list.

Update the Published field to Yes.

Click Save.

To publish all shifts within a specific date range, click the Publish All button.

A calendar view will pop up. From here, you can select the date range for which you wish to publish all shifts.


You can select the Check Boxes to the right of Notify By SMS, Notify By Email, and Notify By Push Notification to automatically notify each shift assigned once the schedule has been published.

Updating Shifts

Navigate to the Schedule or Shifts page.
Select the shift you want to update from the list.

Update the fields as needed field.

Click Save.

Duplicate Shifts

Navigate to the Schedule or Shifts page.
Create a new shift or select the shift you want to duplicate from the list.

Select the duplicate button indicated below.


Select a date from the calendar view and click the plus button to add a duplicate shift to that day.

Save the shift and your duplicate shifts will be added to the calendar.

Repeat Shifts

Navigate to the Schedule or Shifts page.
Create a new shift or select the shift you want to repeat from the list.

Select the repeat button indicated below.


Configure your reoccurrence using the options presented.

Save the shift your reoccurrence will be added to the calendar.

Deleting A Shift

Navigate to the Schedule or Shifts page.
Select the shift you want to delete from the list.

Select the Delete button indicated below.


Type in Delete and select I understands, delete this record. The record will be deleted.
